this weekend was full of activities. friday night we went to the tonga room at the fairmont hotel in san francisco for ryan’s company’s annual holiday party.

the party started at 6, but we didn’t leave the house until around 5:30, so we knew we’d be a little late. unfortunately the stupid gps took us through the city and down to the MARINA during rush hour and by the time we realized we were going the wrong way, we were ridiculously lost. we didn’t end up getting to the hotel until 7:30, which was SUPER irritating, but once we got there drinks were flowing and fun was had by all.

saturday was momo’s birthday party (among others, like kat’s holiday housewarming party and maria’s twin girls’ 2nd birthday party, neither of which we had time to attend), so we dressed in our rainy saturday clothes and headed to brandi’s dad’s house in lafayette.

ellie looks a little yellow here … too much squash!

ellie had never been around so many kids and resorted to crying episodes every time she got a little overwhelmed, so we did a lot of pacifying her that day, but it was a good time overall. momo received lots of nice presents including educational toys and preppy clothes, just like his momma asked for :)

then on sunday ryan’s dad came down to watch football and hang out while i ran lots of errands and finished up our christmas shopping. only 11 days left, hooray! hope everyone had a good weekend <3

I’m so glad that your holiday season is filled with such fun activities! I’ve seen the Tonga Room before (the CG Ball was held at the Fairmont) but I’ve never tried their drinks. I hope you guys had a scorpion bowl and a good ol’ time! :) Brandi and her baby look beautiful!
